Gear-up raids.

We are starting a separate raid group to gear the lower level members. It will be progressive, as in we will start in Naxx and OS 10, once cleared move on to ONY, ToC, and then VoA, once the bosses respawn for any of the raids(leader will check every day) the bosses will be downed again. This way people can gear a little easier/in a more fun way and it's consistent. Ventrilo WILL be mandatory, regardless of what raid is happening, so look into getting a mic if you don't have one. The consistent members will move into the core raid group.

Please note that the members will have to be more or less consistent in the groups, since each raid will have it's own unique raid ID, so someone in Bobby's group can't hop on Fudou's group the next day if the bosses for their ID haven't respawned or they missed 1 day or whatever.

Bobbydownyjr will be leading one of the groups, Fudoutoku another, and Patrone another.

Also, once a particular group is geared enough, they will of course start dedicating towards ICC, and from there those that are willing to help new members gear up will be starting their own groups to go through the same progression. Remember that the goal is to gear up and help each other out while doing so.

Post your names here to be part of these gear up raids. This part is important as it let's us not only know who will be available, but let's us also make sure we have a correct raidbuff setup, remember that these are 10 mans, as we don't really have enough for consistent 25 man versions.
